How To Find Us

Benington Lordship is a private family home and the garden is only open on selected dates and is located four miles east of Stevenage in the village of Benington, next to the Church.

Tourist signs are posted off the A602 between Stevenage and Hertford and on the A507 between Buntingford and Baldock.

Coaches

Leave A1M at Stevenage south exit (junction 7). Take the A602 towards Hertford. At the roundabout after Bragbury End take the road into the village of Watton-at-Stone (also signposted Benington Lordship). In Watton-at-Stone turn left and follow the tourist signs to the garden. The gardens are past the church on the left as you come up the hill in to the village of Benington.

Nearby stations are at Stevenage, Watton-at-Stone, Knebworth and Hertford North.
